The Edible Meal Experience Spring 2024 Visual Menu
Menus are based on the 3 and 5 course meal options Substitutions can be made for some of the meals Meals are served family-style / One entree will be provied for the entire party *additional entrees can be ordered
Bison Burgers served with choice of fries (sweet potatoe or regular) Side of Tomatoe Caprese Salad (5 course appetizer suggestion is smoked deviled eggs or baked beans)
Southern-Style Fried Chicken served with homestyle buttermilk biscuit & honey from our hives served with black-eye peas & collard greens over cheesy grits
Garlic Butter Shrimp & Pasta served with rustic bread and dipping oils served with an Italian salad (5 course appetizer suggestion is an antipasto platter)
Mile High Meatless Lasagna served with salad & rustic bread baby spinach, onion and garlic, mushrooms, carrots, zucchini, basil, rosemary mozzarella cheese, ricotta, parmesan (5 course appetizer suggestion is our vegetarian antipasto salad)
Mushroom Ravioli with Spinach served with salad & rustic bread mushroom & cheese ravioli, sun-dried tomatoes, cremini mushrooms fresh spinach, garlic, red pepper flakes (optional) (5 course appetizer suggestion: tomatoe caprese salad)
Smoked Salmon served with citris avacado salad & artisan bread smoked salmon with herbs, smashed potatoes (5 course appetizer suggestion: smoked deviled eggs)
Veggie Quesadilla served with Cuban-style black beans and rice & local tortilla chips and salsa pistachio artichoke pesto, unsalted pistachios, garlic, basil, artichoke hearts, fresh lemon juice, olive oil, Himalayan pink salt butternut squash, broccoli florets, onion, olive oil, asiago cheese (5 course appetizer suggestion: home-made guacamole with artisan local chips and salsa) *Your personal choice of veggie options when co-creating your meal
Stir Fry Sesame Noodles with Chickpeas & Basil with side salad or cucumber salad with tangy vinaigrette dressing stir fry noodles with soy sauce with minced garlic, brown sugar syrup roasted sesame seeds in sesame oil and rice vinegar, red pepper flakes large onion chunks, broccoli florets, chickpeas topped with basil leaves, roasted cashews, and fresh green onion (5 course appetizer suggestion: Vietnamese fresh spring rolls)
Buffalo Caluliflower Tacos with a side of local artisan tortilla chips and homemade salsa and guacamole buffalo roasted cauliflower, topped with mixed greens or chopped cabbage organic sweet kernel corn, chopped cilantro & lemon pepper to taste (5 course appetizer suggestion: vegetable crudite platter or corn & black bean salad)
Build Your Own Mile-High Flatbread Pizzas with a side salad & fresh honey for dipping crust build your own personal pizza, add your own ingredients tomato sauce / pesto topped with fresh mozzarella (5 course appetizer suggestion: caprese salad or vegetarian antipasto platter)
